Salt Lake City, Utah – October 1, 2013 – Complete XRM, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of EBSuite, a Silicon Valley developer of enterprise application modules for customer relationship management (CRM).

Complete XRM has been a provider of cloud-based CRM products and services under the FranklinCovey brand,  and has enjoyed a long-term relationship with EBSuite and will continue to operate the EBSuite website and support its application. EBSuite’s customers will receive ongoing support and development to add enhancements to the product.

The deal strengthens Complete XRM through the acquisition of EBSuite’s comprehensive solutions, which include core strengths in software for customer support, help desk operations, and project management. Complete XRM will also acquire EBSuite’s customer base, service contracts, and engineering resources.
